Compared with the existing products on the market, Shengbang Micro SGM3136 has been fully improved in performance, the dropout voltage is reduced to 20mV (TYP) under 20mA current condition, which can perfectly support 3 LEDs in lower battery. Under voltage (<3.5V), the working voltage is 2.5~5.0V, and the current matching error between channels is less than 3%, which can achieve uniform brightness backlight of the module. Support single-line pulse dimming, can achieve 16-level dimming, in shutdown mode, quiescent current is less than 5μA, can fully meet the application of various portable products.
The SGM3136 is a pollution-free, lead-free, environmentally friendly product with an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C in a SOT-23-6L package. Mass production has started in the third quarter, with a large order cycle of 4-6 weeks.
