At the beginning of this year, the State Council promulgated “Several Policies to Further Encourage the Development of the Software Industry and Integrated Circuit Industry”, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will establish and improve corresponding implementation rules with related departments to help enterprises implement the fiscal and tax support policies and improve the enterprise credit evaluation system.

Secondly, support the R&D and industrialization of key products, speed up the process of R&D and service productization of information technology service business support tools, formulate and promote relevant standards, and standardize the information service market.

In addition, the structure of industrial organizations will be optimized, and leading enterprises will be guided to become bigger and stronger through mergers and acquisitions, listing and financing, and to support SMEs in accelerating their development.
