The last exhibition ( ROADLAMPEXPO 2009 ) was successfully closed at the new National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing on December 16-18 , 2009. The exhibition attracted from Guangdong, Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Shanghai, Hebei, Hunan, Guangxi, More than 20 provinces and cities such as Jiangsu and 116 enterprises from Taiwan participated in the exhibition area of 9,000 square meters, attracting 11,258 exhibitors and professional audience representatives from all over the country to attend the exhibition and visit. During the same period of the exhibition, a number of forums were held with the theme of LED application, road nightscape design and application, and street lamp industry development. The number of participants reached more than 500 people, and the whole conference room was packed. Experts, scholars and business representatives gathered together to comprehensively expound the theme of the forum. There are experts and scholars who have done a macro-level analysis of the theme, and there are micro-level discussions between the representatives of exhibiting companies and their own development. The interlocking is very exciting. In order to thank the exhibitors for their support and attention to the conference, the organizing committee specially held the 2009 national streetlight project information conference, publicizing the collection of street lamp procurement and bidding information across the country, and bringing a large number of orders to the exhibitors.
In order to further improve the service quality of exhibitors and the effect of exhibiting by enterprises, the organizing committee has jointly launched an upgraded version of the China Bidding Network - 2011 National Street Light Project Tendering Fair. The bidding fair will be upgraded in all aspects based on the success of the first session:
First, the number of street lighting management stations on the scene broke. The organizing committee will invite more street lamp management offices and municipal units to meet with the exhibitors at the scene, from nearly 10 last year to more than 20 this year, Henan Liyang Street Light Management Office, Guangxi Luzhou Street Light Management Office, Shandong Jiaonan The Street Lamp Management Office will continue to attend this tender meeting;
Second, the tender information was announced free of charge, and the number increased to nearly one hundred. With the full support of the China Bidding Network, the site will release nearly 100 street lamp bidding information for all exhibitors and visitors, completely free of charge;
Third, senior bidding managers explain in detail the process of bidding for street lamp projects. How to bid, what conditions are needed, how to win the bid, etc.;
Fourth, the amount of information contained in gold increased. In addition to the announcement of the street lamp bidding information, the event information of the street lamp will also be released, such as the maintenance work of the street lamp and other related information;
5. Experts answer questions. The tender meeting will arrange a special on-site Q&A session. All exhibitors and visitors have any questions about the information, which will be answered in detail by senior experts of China Bidding Network.
In 2011 , the National Street Lamp Project Tendering Fair has entered the formal preparatory stage. The street lamp management office, the municipal unit and the exhibitors all attach great importance to it and have a strong response. In addition, the recruitment of the 2nd Beijing Street Light Show has begun nearly a month, and the news has been frequently reported. By the time of publication, there have been 38 exhibiting companies and 62 scheduled booths. More companies are applying for registration.
