The estimated purchase price is 351 thousand yuan (including 17% VAT).

3. Bidder qualification requirements

4. The bidder shall have three levels of general contracting qualification for power engineering construction or three or more contractors for power transmission and transformation project.

5. The bidder shall have Class 5 or above of the "Installation (Repair, Trial) Power Facilities Permit" for the installation category.

6. Can provide valid organization code certificate and tax registration certificate.

1. There has been no major personal fatal accident caused by construction within 180 days before the deadline for bidding. No personal death accident due to construction has occurred within 90 days.

2. There was no general quality accident caused by construction within 3 months before the deadline for bidding. No major quality accident due to construction was found within 6 months. No major quality accident caused by construction was found within one year. There have been major personal deaths caused by construction reasons within 180 days before the deadline for bidding or personal deaths caused by construction within 90 days.

2. There has been a general quality accident caused by construction within 3 months before the deadline for bidding, or a major quality accident due to construction within 6 months, or a major quality accident due to construction within one year.

When quoted at the rate, the bidder's quoted rate of not more than 100% is a valid quote; when quoted at the limit price, the bidder’s quoted price below the limit price is a valid quote.
