1. The Chinese government has obtained a loan from the Asian Development Bank to cover the expenses under the Asian Development Bank Loan Vocational Education Demonstration Project (3010-PRC) in Hunan Province, and plans to use part of the loan to pay for Changsha civil affairs. Qualified expenditure under the Construction Project of the Teaching and Training Building of the Vocational and Technical College (Contract No.: HN-MZ-C01).
2. Entrusted by Changsha Civil and Vocational Technical College (hereinafter referred to as the “Ownerâ€), qualified and qualified bidders are invited to submit sealed bid documents for the following projects:
