As shown in the figure, the timing control circuit of the rapper is divided into two types: "manual" and "automatic". The timer includes a step-down rectifier circuit (-12V), an oscillator, a timer, and a rapper circuit.
IC1, R2, RP1, C3 and IC2, R4, RP2, C4, etc. form a dual as-stable multivibrator, which constitutes two synchronous multi-resonant circuits, and outputs mutually synchronized timing pulses. RP1 is used to adjust the rapping period and RP2 is used to control the rapping time. During the rapping timing time, IC1's 3 pin is low level, J1 is pulled in, its electric shock J1-1 is closed, VT2, VT3 and so on constitute a multivibrator to start, control J2's pull-in and release, thus The on and off of the contactor CJ and the oscillation of the electromagnetic resonance are controlled. RP3 is used to adjust the rapping frequency.
