According to the plan, the operating frequency of DDR4 memory will be increased to 2133-4266MHz, the voltage will be reduced to 1.2V, 1.1V, and the production process will adopt the 30nm level. Samsung and Hynix have created their first batch of DDR4 memory respectively, which are server type 2133MHz/1.2V 2GB UDIMM and notebook type 2400MHz/1.2V 2GB ECC SO-DIMM.
