Select the corresponding cutter according to different samples and install it in the upper platen position of the punching machine. Place the material on the knife pad, then move the screw down so that the cutter makes contact with the material. Rotate the control knob in the direction of the sample and tighten it. Move the joystick manually to lift the lower pressure plate. After pressing, turn the control knob back to reset, and the lower pressure plate will automatically return to its original position.

Third, installation and use

1. Prepare a solid foundation for the machine, ensure it is level, and fix it using M8 expansion bolts.

2. Gently place the cutter at the bottom of the stamping column under the screw. The punching column has an ultra-strong magnet to stabilize the cutter, making installation quick and adjustment easy.

3. When stamping test pieces, place a hardwood or rubber board on the workbench to protect the blade edge from damage.

4. After the experiment, clean the surface, apply anti-rust grease to the lead screw and stamping column, and cover the machine for protection.
