Instructions

CPS-25 Punching Machine: Select the corresponding cutter based on different samples and install it in the upper platen position of the punching machine. Place the material on the knife pad, then move the screw down so that the cutter makes contact with the material. Rotate the control knob in the direction of the sample and tighten it. Move the joystick forward to raise the lower pressure plate. After pressing, turn the control knob back to the reset direction, and the lower pressure plate will automatically return to its original position.

1. Lay a solid foundation for the machine installation and ensure it is level. Fix it using M8 expansion bolts.

2. Gently place the cutter under the stamping column, secured by an ultra-strong magnet for stability and quick adjustment.

3. When stamping test pieces, place a hardwood or rubber plate on the workbench to protect the blade edge from damage.

4. After testing, clean the surface, apply anti-rust grease to the lead screw and stamping column, and cover the machine for protection.
