Design and Application of Motion Control System of Brushless DC Servo Motor Based on MoTIonchip

In the traditional motor servo control device, one or more single-chip computers are generally used as the core processor of the servo control. Due to the complicated peripheral circuit of this servo controller and the slow calculation speed, the control effect is not ideal. In recent years, many new motor control algorithms have been researched and used in motor control systems, such as vector control and direct torque control. With the increasing complexity of these control algorithms, a processor with high-speed computing capability is required to realize real-time calculation and control. In order to meet this need, many foreign companies have developed high-end single-chip and digital signal processor (DSP) for motor control. At present, the control core parts of the commonly used servo controllers are mostly composed of DSP and large-scale programmable logic devices. This scheme can flexibly design a dedicated servo controller with good performance according to different needs, but the general development cycle longer.
