(B) Medium viscosity

Normal measurement when the dynamic viscosity is <10 mPaS. 10mPaS < dynamic viscosity <30mPaS may reduce the instrument range. It cannot be measured when the dynamic viscosity is >30 mPaS. Note: As the viscosity decreases with increasing temperature, most highly viscous liquids are more affected by temperature, so pay attention to liquid temperature effects when measuring a viscous liquid.

(three) measured container

1. Material: The wall of the container where the measuring probe is installed needs to be made of a hard material that can transmit signals well. For example: carbon steel, stainless steel, various hard metals, glass steel, hard plastic, ceramics, glass, hard rubber or other materials or composite materials. If the container wall where the measuring probe is installed is a multi-layer material, the layers should be in close contact with no air bubbles or gas interlayers. The inner and outer surfaces of the container wall should be flat. Example: vulcanized hard rubber liner, stainless steel liner, titanium liner Floor. 2, wall thickness: 2-70mm3, tank type: spherical tank, horizontal tank, vertical tank.

(d) Probe installation requirements

1. For the iron container, the working end of the probe can be coated with silicone grease and directly attached to the bottom of the container with a magnetic suction cup; if the container housing is made of glass or other materials, the probe can be glued or fixed with a bracket The bottom of the container. The probe must point in the same line as the measured distance. 2. There are no shields directly above the probe; 3. Keep away from the liquid inlet at the bottom of the tank to avoid the influence of drastic flow of incoming liquid on the measurement; 4. Keep away from the position of the liquid inlet at the top of the tank, so as to avoid the impact caused by the liquid. Severe fluctuations affect the measurement; 5, higher than the outlet or outlet, in order to avoid the impact of long-term deposition of dirt on the bottom of the tank measurement. If you do not meet the conditions, there should be measures to ensure the regular removal of tank bottom dirt; When the position measuring head is mounted by magnetic or welding/adhesive fixing, the installation surface size on the container wall shall not be less than the round face of Ф80, the surface roughness shall reach 1.6, and the inclination shall be less than 3° (except for the bypass pipe).
