First, the scope of identification

Personnel engaged in lighting design, planning, consulting and management, and those with senior professional titles before the end of 2007.

Second, the conditions of application

Before the date of issuance of these Measures, the company has long been engaged in lighting design, planning and consulting management, and has good professional ethics and good health. It is under the age of 70 years old and meets the following conditions.

(1) Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences or academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

(2) National Engineering Design Master.

(3) Accumulatively engaged in lighting design, planning and consulting management for 15 years, and was employed as an expert in the preparation of national standards and examination outlines for lighting designers.

(4) Those who have one of the following conditions and participate in professional testing and have passed the test.

1. Before December 31, 1992, he obtained a bachelor's degree or above, and has been engaged in lighting design, planning and consulting management for 15 years, and won the national excellent engineering design project gold, silver award or national lighting professional. The main technical leader of the project such as the Science and Technology Progress Award and the Zhongzhao Lighting Award.

2. Before December 31, 1987, he obtained a bachelor's degree or above, and has been engaged in lighting professional teaching and research for 20 years, and won the second prize of provincial and ministerial level (including Zhongzhao Lighting Award). The main technical leader.

3. Accumulatively engaged in lighting design, planning and consulting management for 15 years, and participated in the main writing staff of national general and special lighting standards.

Third, the identification organization

The Vocational Skill Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (now the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) entrusted the China Lighting Society to form a senior lighting designer qualification assessment leading group (hereinafter referred to as the identification leading group), responsible for the national senior lighting designer qualification assessment. Fourth, the assessment process

(1) Personnel who meet the above conditions may report to the Office of the Leading Group of the China Lighting Society. The following materials are attached (in duplicate):
