Structure and Installation
1. Structure
The device consists of a combustion chamber, a burner, a test stand, a pressure regulator, and a propane gas tank. The system is designed for safe and efficient operation during testing.
2. Installation
As shown in Figure 1, place the base inside the box and install the fixing sleeve and sample holder as indicated. Position the burner in front of the specimen. Insert the burner rod through the outer casing into the burner base. Connect the propane meter to the gas tank, use a plastic tube to connect the pressure regulator, and then attach the pneumatic tube to the burner for proper gas flow control.

Testing Procedure
1. Select the appropriate ignition positioner and place it on top of the burner.
2. Secure the sample in the sample holder and hang it properly.
3. Once the burner is positioned close to the sample, lock the ruler on the base plate to ensure alignment.
4. Place a piece of filter paper in an aluminum foil collection tray and position it beneath the test sample.
5. Raise the burner, open the pressure regulator, ignite the flame using an electronic igniter, adjust the flame length to approximately 20 mm, tilt the burner at a 45-degree angle, and ignite the sample at the required distance as per the standard.

Precautions
1. Before lighting the burner, adjust the pneumatic regulating valve first, then gradually regulate the pressure using the knob. After ignition, you can fine-tune the flame size using either the pressure regulator or the pneumatic adjustment valve.
2. Ensure that the liquefied gas tank and the burner are kept at a safe distance before ignition to prevent accidents.
3. Make sure the smoke produced during the test is vented outside via the exhaust hood to maintain a safe working environment.
