Design Scheme of 13.56MHz Non-contact Reading and Writing Based on MFRC523

MFRC523 is a highly integrated reader / writer of NXP company, used for contactless communication at 13.56MHz frequency. MFRC523 reader supports ISO / IEC 14443 A / MIFARE mode. The MFRC523's internal transmitter can drive the reader / writer antenna and transceiver without additional activation circuits. The reader / writer antenna is used to communicate with the ISO / IEC 14443 A / MIFARE card. The receiver module provides efficient demodulation and decoding of signals from ISO / IEC 14443 A / MIFARE compatible cards and transponders. The digital module has a complete ISO / IEC 14443A architecture and error detection (parity and CRC) functions.

MFRC523 can be used in MIFARE 1K, MIFARE Mini and MIFARE 4K products, supports contactless communication, and uses MIFARE to transmit at a rate of up to 848kBd in both directions.

MFRC523 fully supports the ISO / IEC 14443 B reader / writer communication protocol. Peripheral devices and standard protocols (such as ISO / IEC 14443-4 and / or IEC 14443 B anti-collision standards) can be correctly implemented.

It should be noted that the use of NXP companies that comply with ISO / IEC 14443B standards may infringe the patent rights of third parties. The user is responsible for ensuring that he has a third-party patent license.
