1. Shuikou Temple District Wastewater Treatment Project: The site has a designed wastewater treatment capacity of 600m3/d (hour treatment capacity of 25m3/h).

2. Zhangjiashan Area Wastewater Treatment Project: This site is designed to have a sewage treatment capacity of 200m3/d (hourly throughput of 8.33m3/h).

3. Xiaohonghai Area Wastewater Treatment Project: The site is designed to have a sewage treatment capacity of 120m3/d (hour treatment capacity of 5m3/h).

4. Wangye Temple Area Wastewater Treatment Project: This site is designed to have a sewage treatment capacity of 200m3/d (hourly throughput of 8.33m3/h).

5. Xiaojiaba Area Wastewater Treatment Project: The site has a designed wastewater treatment capacity of 150m3/d (hourly treatment capacity of 6.25m3/h).

2.4 Plan duration: 100 calendar days.

2.5 Scope of Bidding: Design drawings of Xiaohonghai, Wangye Temple, Xiangshuitan Management Station, Zhaoyuanguan, and Huo Maqian Water Pollution Treatment Project on the Four Sides, designed by China International Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and All contents in the scope shown in the Construction Drawings of the Water Pollution Control Project for the Projects of the "Shanmenshan Heaven Dam Group and Toudao Village Group" as well as all the contents shown in the tender documents, project quantity list, supplements and questions, and the amount of work released by the tenderer The list will prevail. The procurement and services of the patented process equipment provided by this tender include the supply of process equipment for patented process equipment engineering, transportation, loading and unloading, equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, training of operators, and two-year warranty, after-sale maintenance Services and all the work.

2.6 This project adopts the patented technology of CCQ (High-Efficiency Low-Energy Energy-Saving Urban Wastewater Treatment System). The patentee is Chen Qiuzhu. The patent number is: ZL 2012 1 0285860.5.

2.6 This project does not allow subcontracting.

3. Bidder qualification requirements and performance requirements

3.1 After the tender is qualified, the bidder shall meet the following qualification conditions and performance requirements:

1 has an independent legal personality;

2 Have the construction qualifications of Grade II or above of environmental protection projects contracted by the construction administrative department;

3 The bidder shall obtain the patent right authorization letter from the CCQ cycle biofilm process technology (invention patent name: high efficiency and low energy consumption urban domestic sewage treatment system ZL 2012 1 0285860.5).

4 And have corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc.;

5Provide 1 or more project completion time for the environmental protection project with a single contract amount of no less than RMB 4 million from June 2013 to June 2016.
